How can I return an order?
- Visit our return center
- Enter your order number and email address at the beginning
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
When are items eligible for return?
- Within 14 days of the delivery date
- In unused and resalable condition
- In the original packaging with intact labels
Which items cannot be returned?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Can items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for eligible variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund as store credit (if applicable)
How do I return the items?
Instructions for shipping the returned products can be found in the email you received after the return request.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request. In case of approval, the refund request will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
